As the sole remaining original member of White Brothers Consulting, LLC, Tim has continued the growth of the company.
Tim has over 30 years of combined design and construction experience. His background includes roadway design, oil and gas pad site design, access road design, and providing engineering for Abandoned Mine Land projects in West Virginia.
Tim is licensed in the following States:
West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, Tennessee, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, D.C.

Kamal C. Sarma, Ph. D., P.E.
Senior Structural Engineer
Kamal leads our structural engineering department, with emphasis on bridge design and rehabilitation. With over 20 years of design experience, he has worked on various projects from simple spans to complex bridges. He possesses experience in designing soil retaining walls, from sheet piles to pile and lagging walls.
Kamal is licensed in West Virginia, Ohio and Michigan.
Patrick D. Gill, P.S.
Professional Surveyor
Patrick leads our surveying department, which includes surveying design and project support. His range of services include courthouse research, boundary solutions and construction layout data preparation. Patrick has a wide range of experience from basic boundary surveys, plats and deed descriptions to construction layout. His past work experience includes subdivision design, as-built surveys, earthwork volumes, and geometric control offsite for precasting of bridge segments.
Patrick is licensed in West Virginia. He formerly held licensure in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
